Orders

Orders may be placed online at www.benedictedeboysson.com at any time. All orders received by 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that same business day, provided the items are in stock. Orders for in-stock items placed after 2:30pm EST on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday. Holiday orders will ship the next business day.

If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between four and eight weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

To ensure the finest experience for our customers in the United States, we offer complementary shipping via FedEx Insured. 

  • An adult signature is required.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

BENEDICTE de BOYSSON cannot be held liable for:

  • Any lost packages once tracking indicates they have been signed for and delivered.

  • Any delays caused by the recipient being unavailable to sign for the package, technical issues within the shipping carrier, or weather related circumstances.

International Shipping

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.            

We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at benedicte@benedictedeboysson.com and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase.

Return / Refund Policy

At BENEDICTE de BOYSSON, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and its original packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at benedicte@benedictedeboysson.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once your exchange is approved, you will receive return instructions, including return shipping address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form provided and the proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please ensure that the package is insured and trackable, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a store credit or exchange.
